Held at PUUC. Inquire for time.
On Sunday June 18th, the ADORE team (A Dialogue on Race and Ethnicity) and Lifespan Religious Education team will be facilitating the second service on White Supremacy within Unitarian Universalism.
We will begin in smaller groups presenting experiences that People of Color (POC) and People of Color Indigenous (POCI) have experienced within our community, and leading to specific actions we can take to address helpful ways to respond today and as our congregation changes and grows.
The event will be followed by a potluck so we may continue conversation on how our church is making progress on becoming aware of and disrupting White Supremacy.
To cherish diversity and cultivate justice in our community takes intentional effort, and we look forward to everyone joining us on the 18th to cooperate in doing this work together.
